Background
Since opening in June 2005 Greens has focussed on creating menus that combine ingredients from local suppliers cooked fresh to order. Our county has some fantastic suppliers of wet and dry ingredients grown on our doorstep and Greens is working to promote that great menus are born from the quality of the ingredients.
We are now on our forth menu since opening and each menu is tailored more to our customers tastes as well as incorporating seasonal cooking styles that make the most of the seasonal ingredients we source.
